Join a high-profile project and lead day-to-day facility maintenance operations in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This role blends leadership and hands-on work (50/50), supervising a small team while actively supporting HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians (team of ~3)
Manage work orders, vendors, and preventive maintenance programs
Perform hands-on repairs (HVAC, pumps, boilers, electrical, plumbing)
Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency
Support building readiness and ongoing operations
Requirements:
5+ years in commercial facility maintenance (high-rise/complex buildings preferred)
Strong HVAC and multi-system knowledge (BMS, fire/life safety, generators)
Hands-on experience + leadership capability
OSHA knowledge; EPA Certification preferred
⚠️ Must be flexible for rotating shifts, on-call duties, and overtime.
