Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience delivering diverse building projects from early design through construction completion
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative environment
Demonstrated success managing projects efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining profitability
Creative problem-solving and innovative design thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM Power Tools
Experience with engineering calculations and performance simulation tools
Solid background in construction administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
LEED accreditation preferred
