Bachelors or Masters degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. You’ll enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 3:30pm, working 37.5 hours per week exclusively on-site—no remote or hybrid options. Key Qualifications:Active Virginia Department of Education Certification Current Virginia Psychologist LicensureSuccessful completion of VA Dept. of Social Services background check and TB Test (to be initiated immediately)Experience in schools preferred; all experience levels encouraged to applyStrong assessment, consultation, and behavioral support skills; experience with FBA/BIP and MTSS preferred Major Responsibilities:Conduct student assessments and consultations to support student well-being and growthProvide FBA/BIP evaluations and guidance to educators and staffOffer indirect support to MTSS initiatives as neededCollaborate with social workers to deliver counseling services when necessaryPartner with educational diagnosticians; no academic achievement testing is required This contract offers a rewarding weekly compensation structure based on your years of experience, ranging from $58–$70 per hour.
