Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact working as a contract Physical Therapist supporting students in K-12 settings. This opportunity, located near Cedar Creek, TX, runs from August 2026 through May 2027. Youll collaborate with educational professionals and families to facilitate optimal physical development and participation for students throughout the school year. Qualifications:Active Texas Physical Therapist license required Demonstrated experience delivering physical therapy in a school-based environment Strong understanding of the unique needs of K-12 students Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classroom environments Ability to coordinate with teachers, families, and other specialists Responsibilities:Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed Educate and collaborate with teachers and staff to maximize carryover and accessibility within the school environment Act as a resource to families, providing strategies and updates on student growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based therapy This contract position is full-time, Monday through Friday, offering 37.5 hours per week. Compensation is highly competitive, with a pay rate of $50 per hour.
