AI/ML & Data Ingestion Engineer - Develops and optimizes machine learning models that drive the company’s sales software. Collaborates on MLOps practices and integrates large language models (LLMs) into APIs and AI agents.
Core Strengths:
Primary: ML Model Development
Secondary: MLOps and LLM Integration
Skills & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and validate ML models for account scoring, lead scoring, and predictive analytics
Experience with deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Jax, or PyTorch)
Streamline model deployment and maintenance via automated pipelines
Integrate LLMs into APIs and AI agents for data summarization and insights
Analyze large datasets to improve models and ensure data quality
Apply Natural Language Processing and Vector Databases techniques
Monitor and optimize model performance with A/B testing and other methods
Align models with business goals and recommend data-driven improvements
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
