Position Summary
The Bellperson plays a vital role in delivering a welcoming, polished, and supportive arrival and departure experience. This position requires a gracious demeanor, strong knowledge of the resort, and a proactive approach to guest assistance, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
Safely and efficiently transport luggage during arrival and departure in accordance with resort standards.
Escort guests to accommodations while providing a clear and engaging orientation of room features, resort amenities, and services.
Deliver guest amenities, packages, newspapers, and special requests promptly and accurately.
Assist guests with parking directions and vehicle coordination.
Transport guests to nearby attractions and within the resort via golf cart or vehicle as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell areas, carts, and storage spaces.
Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
Communicate guest requests or observations to the Front Office team.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours per shift.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior guest service.
Hourly Rate:
$16.00 – $17.00 / hour plus gratuities
