Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is to move, load, and unload materials within the facility while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and safety.

Schedule

• Shift Schedule: M-F, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.


• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.


• Loading/Unloading: Prepare and load outbound shipments, ensuring all freight is secured for transport.


• Inventory Accuracy: Perform picking and packing tasks with high attention to detail to ensure inventory counts remain accurate.


• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment inspections (checks for fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery) and report any mechanical issues immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment.


• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment that may involve varying temperatures.


• Attention to Detail: Ability to read manifests, SKU numbers, and shipping labels accurately.


• Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
