An established firm based in Worcester, MA with over 200 years in practice is seeking an Elder Law Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their team! This role is focused on elder law, trust and estate planning, and complex client matters, offering the opportunity to lead cases independently or as part of a seasoned team of attorneys and professional support staff. The firm is deeply engaged in community outreach and professional initiatives throughout the year and values a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.

Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of experience practicing elder law or closely related trust and estate mattersJuris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar admission in MAStrong ability to lead complex client matters from intake through resolutionDependable, steady, and efficient work style with sharp attention to detailComfortable working independently and taking on firm management responsibilitiesSkilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and responsiveCreative problem solver with sound judgment and strong analytical skillsPoised, friendly, and genuine presence in client meetings and professional interactions
Responsibilities:Lead elder law matters and related trust and estate engagements from start to finishAdvise clients on estate planning, long-term care planning, guardianship, and related issuesManage client relationships and conduct meetings with warmth and professionalismCollaborate with attorneys and experienced support staff across connected practice areasTake on firm management responsibilities as appropriate for a senior-level attorneyParticipate in community outreach and professional efforts throughout the yearAdapt work and strategy to the evolving needs of clients and the firm
