Accounts Receivable Specialist

USA Hoist is a national construction hoist contractor. We bill nearly every project through AIA G702 / G703 and are hiring an in-house AR Specialist to own the billing cycle. The Role: - Prepare and submit monthly G702 / G703 pay apps across 30–60 active projects - Manage customer relations (GCs and owners) on AR matters — questions, disputes, lien waivers - Run collections, track aging, keep DSO down - Coordinate with PMs and controller - Operate in customer billing portals: Textura, GCPay, Procore Reports to: Field Operations Manager. In-person, in-office. Not remote.
