Responsibilities

Oversee the upkeep of both interior and exterior of multiple facilities, ensuring all areas are well-maintained

Complete repairs in response to work orders or as directed

Organize, file, and update paperwork for work orders, logging details into the work order system

Collaborate with staff and other managers to identify and resolve facility issues promptly

Coordinate with contractors to ensure project completion and compliance with company standards

Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly

Maintain on-site inventory of essential maintenance supplies

Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed

Perform regular maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic systems, roofs, and EFIS

Maintain and repair equipment located in the shop and on site

Fabricate parts and components when needed

Monitor compliance and safety standards for all on-site equipment

Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations for a safe working environment

Remain available and on call in case of emergencies

Undertake additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Prior experience in maintenance at an automobile dealership is a plus

Trade certifications are preferred but not required

Ability to work with electrical systems up to 480 volts

Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, climb, crawl, and lift heavy objects, hand and finger dexterity, work at heights, and work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Basic math and analytical skills for accurate troubleshooting and repairs

Ability to work under pressure, with sound judgment and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license

Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
