Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference in students’ lives as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with 5th to 8th graders for the current school year. This contract opportunity is perfect for professionals skilled in providing primary speech and language support, especially to lower-needs populations. Enjoy a consistent, manageable caseload of approximately 26 students—with no ASD—allowing you to focus on meaningful, individualized progress. Start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year (June 12, 2026), with the option to extend into the Extended School Year from June 29 to July 16, 2026. The ESY schedule offers flexibility, with 1-2 days per week from 8:30am to 2:30pm. The role is based near Exton, PA, and requires working 16 hours over 2 days each week during the school year. Requirements:Active SLP license in PennsylvaniaCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Experience providing speech and language services in a school settingComfort working with grades 5-8Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 5th–8th grade studentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized therapy plansCollaborate with classroom teachers, other specialists, and familiesDocument student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelinesParticipate in IEP meetings as requiredProvide consistent, evidence-based support for communication development For those with experience and a passion for student growth, compensation ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, based on your background.
