Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We’re searching for skilled professionals to fill two essential Speech-Language Pathology roles within a dynamic school environment: a Maternity Leave of Absence coverage and dedicated Pre-K level coverage. Both roles start as soon as possible and extend through June 25th, with no ESY (Extended School Year) duties required at this time. Key Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive state SLP licensure and relevant educational certificationPrior experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially at the Pre-K levelStrong ability to collaborate with other SLPs and multidisciplinary teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a diverse student populationProficient in developing IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)Participate in assessments, evaluations, and screenings for speech, language, and communication disordersConsult and collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and onsite district SLPs to support student successMaintain accurate records of student progress and ongoing therapy sessionsEngage in team meetings and contribute expertise to enhance Pre-K student outcomesFlexibility to adjust to a caseload size that will be confirmed upon assignment Experience a supportive professional environment, with other district speech therapists available for collaboration at the Pre-K level.
