Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a vital role as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment for the first nine-week period of the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity focuses on delivering essential services during a maternity leave, with on-site involvement required across two schools. Youll work alongside dedicated professionals and have the unique responsibility of supervising a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), making use of your expertise to impact students progress. Qualifications and Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Professional License (CCC required)School-based experience preferred; open to professionals with all levels of experience (0+ years)Bilingual skills highly preferredAbility to supervise a bilingual SLPAMust complete fingerprinting/background check and provide license credentials promptly Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in alignment with their IEPsCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress and successSupervise and mentor a bilingual SLPA, ensuring effective delivery of servicesMaintain clear documentation and timely reports in accordance with district requirementsServe as a resource for school staff regarding communication disorders and appropriate interventions Perks and Benefits:Full-time, contract position (37.5 hours per week) during the first 9-week period starting August 17th and ending October 9th, 2026Work in a dynamic educational setting, split between two campusesCompetitive pay reflecting years of experience District interviews are scheduled for April 14, 2026.
