Position Summary Shape the narrative of the company, what we're doing, why it matters, and how we're performing across Board, leadership, and employees. Serve as the company's "PowerPoint Guru" and editorial owner of investor-grade presentations and strategic communications. Partner with SVP Transformation, CEO, and senior leaders to translate strategy into compelling, consistent messages, establish communications cadences, and ensure strategy, objectives, execution are clear and visible across the enterprise.
Experience Lead creation of Board decks, CEO updates, strategy materials, and transformation updates
Partner with leaders across the company to synthesize strategies, priorities, long term value creation and financial performance
Ensure consistency across comms
Establish templates and standards for presentations
Requirements 2 + years of management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic communications, or investor relations
Exceptional PowerPoint mastery: executive story lining, data visualization, and aesthetics at investor-grade level
Proven experience crafting Board materials and CEO-level presentations; comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
Strong business acumen: understands strategy, financial (P&L, KPI stacks, unit economics), market dynamics, and competitive analysis
Demonstrated ability to translate complex strategy into simple, compelling messages for diverse audiences
