
Environmental Marketing Internship: Summer 2026

ANAMAR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING seeks to add value by bringing in one marketing intern to join our Alachua, Florida Office. This professional will be responsible for marketing planning and production for the 2026-2027 year.
Responsibilities
Participate in orientation, PPE training, and safety culture onboarding.
Complete Microsoft Office logistics and documentation training.
Assist with data table setup, data entry, bay organization, and inventory accuracy.
Create marketing calendar for 2026-2027.
Oversee creation of marketing materials for the 2026-2027 year.
Update website when projects are approved.
Attend and represent ANAMAR at a conference (23-27 June) in Savannah, GA.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel; occasionally required to climb, crawl, stoop, and kneel; reach with hands and arms; regularly listen and talk.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to communicate clearly and interact professionally with co‑workers, clients, prospective clients, and sub‑contractors.
Work Environment
Work is in a typical office environment as well as attending meetings and conferences.
Noise level is moderate and occasionally loud.
Qualifications
Candidates will be on track to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as geology, toxicology, biology, ecology, or chemistry.
Candidate is positive, outgoing, and confident.
Preferred Skills
Technical writing and editing skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in an office environment and also stand and speak about ANAMAR at a multi‑day conference.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
