Pharmacy Manager
The Pharmacy Manager is a key position that has a substantial impact with our consumers and clinic partners by partnering and advising both on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits. This individual is responsible for the financial, clinical and quality of pharmacy services and will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy including dispensing prescription medication and spending one‑on‑one time with the consumers. Coaching, developing and managing pharmacy staff is also a key responsibility of this role. The manager will act as a talent steward and proactively seek top talent for the pharmacy roles.
Primary Responsibilities
Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and continually build solid relationships with both groups to proactively meet their needs.
Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and proactively meet with their team to meet clinical outcomes.
Counsel and educate patients on the usage of medications, adverse effects, schedules and any personal questions from the consumers.
Ensure the pharmacy and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws.
Perform wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots and other preventive services.
Drive financial profitability and identify opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy.
Motivate, develop and coach all pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service.
Create an engaging team environment which promotes compassion and models our core values and culture among the team.
Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent at our pharmacies.
Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct workforce planning and business planning to achieve operational excellence at the site.
Build solid relationships with the community, stakeholders and clinic partners to ensure we are meeting all needs and promote the pharmacy business.
Drive marketing plans and materials to promote all pharmacy offerings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Current pharmacist's license in the state of Louisiana.
Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements).
