Job Summary AIR Communities operates top‑tier apartment communities nationwide. We seek a Community Manager for Pine and Parker in Parker, CO.
Location & Responsibilities You will oversee operations at Grant Row Lofts, a 170+ unit community in Parker, CO.
What You Will Do:
Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
Lead leasing and maintenance teams, facilitate leasing activities, growth of revenue, resident satisfaction, and adherence to legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or a similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.).
At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management.
Experience leading a team of people in a competitive sales and customer service environment (2‑4 years).
Proven leadership ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members.
Demonstrated ability to use sales processes and metrics to drive results.
Basic understanding of financials and budgets.
Knowledge of property management systems and tools (e.g., Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
Flexible schedule availability during office hours; typical schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm (hours may vary).
Reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits Expected salary range of $75,000 – $85,000 plus a 15% target bonus opportunity. Includes commissions for new leases and renewals. A 100% one‑bedroom apartment discount is available to live onsite.
