Office Professional (Construction Knowledge Required)
Mr. Handyman of Racine County is seeking an experienced Office Professional with residential or commercial construction knowledge. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking with customers about projects, understanding scopes of work, and providing rough estimates/bids over the phone.
This position supports our Service Professionals, manages the schedule, and delivers an excellent customer experience every day.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, online leads, and customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate jobs for Service Professionals
Use construction knowledge to understand job requirements
Provide rough pricing, estimates, or bids over the phone
Set clear expectations for customers regarding timelines and scope
Maintain organized records in our scheduling and job management system
Deliver professional, friendly communication at all times
Qualifications:
8+ years of office or customer-facing experience
Residential and/or commercial construction knowledge
Ability to estimate or bid common repair/maintenance jobs over the phone
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent phone and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based software
Must live in the local area
Background check required
Pay & Benefits:
$18$22 per hour, based on experience

MondayFriday schedule (no weekends)
