Here at Mr. Handyman and HM Remodeling, we're looking to add a seasoned industry and service professional to our office team. You would be answering customer phone calls, assisting clients with booking jobs, scheduling and routing technicians.
To succeed in this role:
Be friendly and outgoing professional
Be highly organized and detailed orientated
Have previous construction/handyman experience
Be a self starter
Have computer experience with Microsoft Office
Minimum requirements:
Live within South Bend Area
5+ years construction industry experience
Problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Professional communication skills and phone etiquette

Your responsibilities as an office professional include:
Lead management and Scheduling
you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers
You'll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
Create Life-Long Customers
Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.
The pay range for this position is $20 to $24 and is dependent on your experience. Holiday and vacation pay, 401k investment opportunities are also available.
