Executive Assistant
A growing, well?established organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast?paced, professional environment in Columbus, OH. This role is critical to supporting management calendars, meetings, follow?ups, and operational coordination, allowing leaders to stay focused on high?impact business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide high?level administrative support to executive and leadership team members
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules
Coordinate meetings including agendas, materials, minutes, and action?item follow?up
Track deadlines, deliverables, and open action items across leadership initiatives
Assist with presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and document preparation
Support onboarding logistics, internal events, off?sites, and team coordination
Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
Maintain organization of digital files and confidential records
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of executive or senior?level administrative support experience
Strong background in calendar, meeting, and task management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow?through
Comfortable supporting multiple leaders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
