Role Overview
The Ecommerce Manager owns the performance and day‑to‑day operation of PowerflexFence.com with a clear focus on:
Growing online revenue
Increasing conversion rate
Improving customer buying experience
Launching and merchandising products
This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role for someone who moves fast and treats the website like a living sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Shopify store
Improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session
Merchandise products, collections, and bundles
Launch new products and landing pages
Partner with marketing on campaigns, email, and SMS
Build a best‑in‑class mobile buying experience
Report weekly on performance and opportunities
KPIs
Ecommerce revenue growth
Conversion rate
Average order value
Returning customer rate
Mobile performance
Requirements
3+ years managing a Shopify ecommerce store
Proven success growing online sales
Strong CRO and merchandising skills
Data‑driven and execution‑focused
Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
Bonus: Experience in agriculture, western, equine, or blue‑collar markets.
