Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Event Planner to oversee the organization and execution of a variety of events at Charlotte Country Club. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various events, ensuring they align with the club's standards for excellence. Responsibilities include handling event logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service to provide memorable experiences for members and guests.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience in organizing and executing events of varying scale.
Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to effectively manage costs while maximizing event opportunities.
Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with diverse clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in event management or scheduling software is a plus.
Proven ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment in a hospitality or private club setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
