Part-Time Project Administrator

The Project Administrator will support a small, high-performing operations team by managing administrative functions, coordinating projects, and assisting with event logistics. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional setting.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, drafting and responding to professional communications, serving as a point of contact for vendors and external partners, assisting with planning and execution of meetings and organizational events, handling general administrative tasks, maintaining and updating internal databases and systems, and tracking project timelines and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.
Qualifications include 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, experience in nonprofit or association environments is a plus, and a bachelor's degree preferred.
