Part Time Office Administrator

The Part Time Office Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities and clinical research operations. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized work environment, coordinating meetings and logistics, supporting document and records management, and assisting internal teams with administrative tasks. The Office Administrator plays a key role in enhancing office efficiency and creating a collaborative workplace experience. It is essential to maintain professionalism and appropriate work attire.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and maintain a well-organized working environment.
Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence as assigned.
Assist with meeting setup, including preparing meeting rooms, organizing technology or materials as needed, and ensuring all logistical details are addressed.
Manage lunch orders for meetings and coordinate delivery or pick-up as appropriate.
Handle meeting room cleanup after meetings, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
Support clinical research teams with document management, filing, and regulatory compliance paperwork as requested.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position requiring up to 20 hours per week, with on-site work required primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The office environment is professional and collaborative, with a focus on supporting clinical research operations. Professional attire is necessary to maintain a front-office-ready appearance.

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, MA.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
