Office Administrator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist with accounting-related tasks. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for permanent placement based on performance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in administrative and basic accounting functions. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, emails, and greeting visitors
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses
Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)
Support payroll processing and employee records management
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role required
Accounting experience required (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
