About the Role
We’re hiring a Fashion Showroom Assistant to support our sales team and keep our showroom running smoothly day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone polished, organized, and energetic—who can manage buyers, samples, and showroom operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet buyers and visitors; maintain a professional, welcoming showroom experience
Support the sales team during appointments, market weeks, and line showings
Prepare the showroom daily: merchandising, steaming, organizing, and keeping displays client‑ready
Manage samples: receive, tag, track, organize, and maintain sample inventory
Pack and ship samples to buyers; track outgoing/incoming shipments and returns
Assist with order entry and basic admin tasks (line sheets, invoices, follow‑ups, email communication)
Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely updates
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation‑ready at all times
Requirements
Experience in a fashion showroom, wholesale, or retail environment preferred
Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking and working under deadlines (especially during market)
Proficient with email and basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); Shopify/ERP experience is a plus
Knowledge of the fashion industry and wholesale process preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 — $75,000 (based on experience)
