
Community Manager - HOA Management

Overview
We seek positive and motivated professionals who want to transition to property and HOA community management. No prior HOA experience is required; an in‑house education program will provide industry training. The initial one‑year training leads to expertise within three years. Mentors and a supportive learning community will help you grow in future roles within the company or externally.
Responsibilities
Live the Same Day Response Policy.
Engage with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations.
Plan and facilitate association board, meeting, and annual meeting.
Handle vendor relations, including bidding and project management.
Consult with other departments to support communities.
Manage risk, insurance, and litigation support.
Prepare budgets and manage finances of the associations.
Be available for after‑hours emergencies.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
8+ years of solid work experience.
Availability to attend or run evening meetings (30‑40 per year).
High‑level organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability to other business software.
Strong customer‑friendly communication skills.
Experience with financial statements and budgets.
Comfortable public speaking in small and large meetings.
Conflict management skills for stressful situations.
Experience gathering bids and managing large projects.
Training
Qualified candidates receive an interactive training program that includes a Community Manager Mentor, a community of peers, a web‑based learning academy, and ongoing legislative updates.
