As a Pool Bar Attendant for Cool Water Pool Bar & Grill at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will support servers in the efficient delivery and service of Pool Bar food and beverage offerings to restaurant guests, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience.

What will you be doing?

* Cleans and resets tables throughout shift.

* Maintains clean and organized deck for guests.

* Fully understands the menu and beverage list to better assist servers.

* Have complete understanding of ingredients and preparation of the dishes.

* Delivers all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish/cheese grating, dessert presentation).

* Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.

* Must comply with opening and closing as well as running side work necessities.

* Direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management team.

* Bus seats around pool when needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred

* Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware

* Must be proficient in multi-tasking, have the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts, and have the ability to work under pressure

* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

* Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.

* Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.

* Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
