Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities of landscape installation crewon job sites
Interpret landscape design plans and ensure projects are completed according to specifications
Oversee the installation of hardscapes, plantings, irrigation systems, and other landscape features
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met
Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and teamwork
Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to Production Manager
Qualifications Experience in landscape construction or a related field
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required
