Assistant Foreman – Pool Installation

We are hiring a

Pool Installation Crew Lead

to support daily onsite pool construction projects and assist the Foreman in delivering high-quality installations. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to grow into a supervisory or Foreman‑level role.

Job Responsibilities
Support Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installation projects
Assist with daily onsite construction operations to maintain project timelines
Lead by example with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and safety compliance
Guide and train crew members through hands‑on instruction and support
Operate excavation tools, construction equipment, and installation machinery safely
Prepare job sites, including layout, material staging, equipment checks, and cleanup
Communicate clearly with Foreman and crew to ensure smooth workflow
Troubleshoot onsite issues and help implement practical solutions
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive jobsite environment

Qualifications Required
Construction or installation experience (required)
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments year‑round
Basic experience operating tools and equipment (training provided)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused work ethic
Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on more responsibility

Qualifications Preferred
Pool installation or swimming pool construction experience
Previous experience as a construction helper, laborer, or crew member
Familiarity with excavation tools or heavy equipment operation
Experience in outdoor construction or site development work
Interest in long‑term growth into leadership or Foreman roles
