This hands-on leadership role requires strong mechanical aptitude, welding experience, and extensive travel (approx. 75%) across the Midwest. The selected candidate will lead projects, manage schedules, and train crew members while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position is based in Jordan, MN when not traveling.
