Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 (DOE) + Commission

Job Description
RestoPros of Columbus West, a water mitigation and restoration company, is seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and customer service-oriented relationship manager. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Build a book of referrals through in-person cold calls

Maintain strong client relationships

Identify and engage key contacts at potential client companies

Conduct one-on-one meetings to explain services

Address client challenges and provide solutions

Identify new business development opportunities

Monitor competitors and ensure client retention

Provide exceptional customer serviceResolve customer complaints professionally

Set revenue targets and execute strategies to achieve them

Qualifications

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

High-quality customer service focus

Analytical and research abilities

Knowledge of relationship management practices

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Customer-oriented and outgoing personality

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Experience creating sales presentations

3+ years in sales or customer service preferred

Construction experience preferred

Water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
