Music Teacher (Grades 3–9) Location: Leesburg, FL School: First Trinity Academy

First Trinity Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Music Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity and musical excellence in students across grades 3–9, teaching them to read and write music, play instruments such as keyboard, guitar, and drums, and prepare them for school choir and stage performances.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach music theory, notation, and composition to students in grades 3–9.


• Provide hands‑on instruction in keyboard, guitar, drums, and other classroom instruments.


• Direct and prepare students for school choir performances, assemblies, and musical productions.


• Integrate vocal warm‑ups, ear training, and ensemble practice into regular instruction.


• Foster a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment where students develop confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music.


• Collaborate with staff to coordinate school‑wide performances and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field.


• Prior teaching experience with elementary and middle school students.


• Proficiency in multiple instruments and vocal instruction.


• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.


• Ability to inspire students through creativity, performance, and teamwork.

Schedule & Compensation

Full‑time, Monday–Friday during the academic year.
