What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Operating manual and CNC equipment with precision and consistency
  • Reading and executing detailed technical instructions without shortcuts
  • Inspecting and verifying parts using precision measurement tools
  • Troubleshooting production or equipment issues independently
  • Hitting production targets without sacrificing quality
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and process control

What We Expect

  • Associates degree or 2+ years of post-secondary education/training (or equivalent technical aptitude)
  • Strong mechanical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort with math, measurements, and precision work
  • High personal standards and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must pass mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • MondayFriday | 3PM-11:30PM
  • Starting at $16.00 per hour
