Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading petfood production company located in Little Falls, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
- Load totes onto packaging lines and inspect them for quality standards
- Enter product information into Plex software and print labels for pallets
- Wrap and bring finished pallets to the warehouse and stage for shipping
- Perform quality checks on various lines
- Count and check orders as they are packaged for accuracy
- Pick orders with forklift to get ready for shipments
- Load and Unload Shipments with forklift
- Package products on a line as needed
- Count and check orders as they are loaded on trucks for shipment as needed
- Report, document, and repair any discrepancies found within orders
- Previous forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer experience required
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #worknow
