Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Little Falls, MN, for a Quality Assurance Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing quality control and quality assurance activities, monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. They will also handle equipment calibration tasks and maintain accurate quality records in accordance with operational requirements.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess production metrics and data
Experience in Quality Management practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Knowledge of Calibration techniques and maintaining equipment accuracy
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
