Barrett Petfood is hiring for a Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift operator in Little Falls, MN. This onsite position offers a competitive pay rate of $18 – $20 per hour, with shift hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires the efficient movement, loading, unloading, and lifting of materials with a forklift, as well as the use of computer skills to track inventory and perform basic mathematical calculations to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
A Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift operator will navigate picking lanes with a forklift, accurately pick and build orders on pallets for delivery, load and unload trucks, and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently—all while upholding a customer‑centric and high‑performance culture.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of forklift experience
Computer knowledge for inventory tracking and order documentation
Intermediate math skills for accurate picking, building, and quantity management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Commitment to safety, integrity, and a customer‑focused manufacturing environment
This position requires a strong focus on safety and integrity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
