Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all industrial maintenance activities within a manufacturing or production facility. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe working environment by supervising maintenance technicians and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm with overtime work opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of industrial maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure maximum uptime of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs
• Review and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency and cost control
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS systems
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling maintenance expenses
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations
