Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Winston-Salem, Wilmington, Charlotte, Hilton Head, or Charleston
Duration: 6 months contract
Rate: $17-20/hr
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations in a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on vendor maintenance, invoice processing support, and issue resolution while working closely with supply chain and internal business partners. The ideal candidate brings 23 years of AP experience, comfort working in ERP systems, and experience managing requests through ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform.
Accounts Payable Operations
Perform daily accounts payable functions, including invoice processing support and issue resolution
Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP transactions in accordance with company policies
Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries
