Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Link 16 equipment.
• Knowledge of Engility JRE Client Software, Raytheon Solipsys BCS C2 software, Ultra Electronics ADSI Ultra 16 and TacViewC2 software and Basic Linux Red Hat Enterprise 5.0 is preferred.
• Completion of Link 16 Unit Manager (LUM) Course (JT-220) or Multi-TDL Operations Planning Course, JT-201 is preferred.
• Completion of JT-102 Multi-Tactical Data Link Advanced Joint Interoperability Course is required and 40% of the JIC managers complete JT-310, Advanced Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) Operator Course or JT-301, Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Course or approved equivalent courses.
