Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Link 16 equipment.

Knowledge of Engility JRE Client Software, Raytheon Solipsys BCS C2 software, Ultra Electronics ADSI Ultra 16 and TacViewC2 software and Basic Linux Red Hat Enterprise 5.0 is preferred.

• Completion of Link 16 Unit Manager (LUM) Course (JT-220) or Multi-TDL Operations Planning Course, JT-201 is preferred.


• Completion of JT-102 Multi-Tactical Data Link Advanced Joint Interoperability Course is required.


• 40% of the JIC managers complete JT-310, Advanced Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) Operator Course or JT-301, Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Course or approved equivalent courses.
