Member Service Advisor - Contact Center Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$22.51 to $25.06 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:45am to 05:15pm)
Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM & Friday: 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM. Occasional Saturdays: 5:45 AM to 12:15 PM
Member Service Advisor - Contact Center Qualifications:
High school education required and college degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as a Customer Service Representative, Contact Center Agent (inbound experience preferred), Bank Teller, or Salesperson (inside sales experience a plus)
Strong foundational understanding or willingness to learn about financial products and services
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to research, analyze, and resolve member inquiries efficiently
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial transactions and sensitive information
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Applicant may be subject to a background check
