Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including data entry and report printing
Ability to read and interpret shipping instructions and production orders
Proficiency in using weigh scales, label printers, and clerical supplies
Knowledge of FIFO inventory methods and stock location management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, and grasping
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
Forklift certification and experience
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with material handling equipment maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment
Must be able to complete daily forklift safety and equipment checklists
