Position: Certified Nursing Assistant

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Roles and Responsibility:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide assistance in transferring and positioning patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Assist in ambulation and range of motion exercises.
- Use mobility aids and equipment safely
- Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the nursing staff.
- Document all care provided accurately and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other allied healthcare professionals.
