Bilingual Mechanical BIM Coordinator

HotFoot Recruiters is partnered with a well-established consulting engineering firm to hire a Bilingual Mechanical BIM Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. This role supports a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for designing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems for complex commercial and institutional facilities. With decades of industry experience, the firm delivers reliable, high-performance, and energy-efficient building system designs across sectors, including semiconductor, healthcare, education, aviation, mission-critical infrastructure, and commercial developments. This position is ideal for a highly skilled BIM professional with strong Revit modeling experience who enjoys collaborating with engineers and designers to produce high-quality construction documentation.

Title: Bilingual Mechanical BIM Coordinator
Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (9-hour days Mon-Thurs & Half Day Friday)
Pay: $80K-120K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for mechanical building systems in coordination with engineering design teams.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical system models with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure proper integration.
• Assist engineers and designers by incorporating design markups and updates into BIM models.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with company BIM standards and project documentation requirements.
• Identify and resolve model conflicts and coordination issues during the design process.
• Support the preparation of project deliverables and construction documentation packages.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.
• Continuously improve BIM workflows and modeling efficiency within project teams.

Qualifications:

• Mandarin bilingual ability is a MUST
• 7+ years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD in a BIM coordination or modeling role.
• Strong experience producing construction drawings and BIM models for mechanical building systems.
• Solid understanding of HVAC system layouts, equipment placement, and mechanical coordination within building models.
• Experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation.
