Store Manager in Training

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.; Train new team members assigned to him or her.; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members.; Monitor professional customer returns for core and warranty abuse.; Review monthly P&L statement with store manager and discuss areas of opportunity.
