Part Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases
Perform general clerical duties including reporting, scanning, and filing
Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Assist in maintaining organized and accurate records
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
Qualifications
Strong administrative and clerical skills
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk preferred
