PrideStaff Financial is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for a position in the Roseville, CA area. This role is geared towards someone with a strong background in high-volume, full-cycle payables and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle AP: Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including sorting billing, invoice posting, and generating payments.
Vendor Management: Lead vendor problem resolution, review vendor statements, and reconcile records.
Systems & Compliance: Utilize Sage 300 and Build Pro for daily operations.
Process Improvement: Establish best practices and document department policies.
Specific Tasks: Analyze monthly utility billing and manage joint check lien release schedules.
Special Projects: Monitor payables aging, discounts, and finance charges; assist with annual 1099 preparation and lead the transition to paperless billing.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of related high-volume accounts payable experience.
Education: High School diploma (GED).
Software Skills: Proficiency in Sage 300 / Build Pro experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills and 10-key proficiency.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Compensation & Details

Hourly Range: $28$32, dependent on experience.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $32.00 Per Hour
