As a phone interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate conversations smoothly, which will align successfully with the organization.
Location: Columbia, MO (NOT REMOTE)
Pay Range: $15 - $16 per hour
What's the Job?
Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift.
Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes.
Document necessary information accurately in the computer system.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities.
Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment.
Full - Time or Part- Time Hours
Not a remote position
What's Needed?
Ability to read and write proficiently.
Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
