We are looking for a highly personable, experienced Community Manager who takes pride in their work, serves their community with purpose, and gets the job done, no excuses. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance exceptional customer service with strong operational performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a market‑rate apartment community
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue goals
Ensure reports, deadlines, and financials are completed accurately and on time
Oversee rent collections and manage delinquency
Deliver an outstanding resident experience while maintaining accountability
Supervise and develop your onsite team (maintenance Lead)
Ensure work orders (48 hours) and unit turns (7 days) are completed on time
Maintain property standards, curb appeal, and overall asset performance
What We’re Looking For
Someone friendly, approachable, and confident; you can talk to anyone and lead a team
Someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of their property
Someone who follows through, you don’t let things fall behind
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to balance people‑first service with business performance
2+ years of experience managing a market‑rate or multifamily community
Experience with property management systems (Yardi preferred)
Bilingual is a plus

Occupancy at or above 95%
Delinquency within company expectations
Reports submitted on time, no chasing
Strong team performance and accountability
Residents who feel valued and taken care of
